Functions

Tonifies blood: Si Wu Tang, Dang Gui Bu Xue Tang, Gui Pi Tang, Ba Zhen Tang
Invigorate blood circulation and relieves pain (menstrual problem, postpartum, trauma): Tao Hong Si Wu Tang, Xue Fu Zhu Yu Tang, Wen Jing Tang, Shi Xiao San, Xiao Yao San, Zhen Ren Huo Ming Yin, Si Miao Yong An Tang, Shi Quan Da Bu Tang, Er Xian Tang
Bi pain with numbness: Dang Gui Si Ni Tang, Juan Bi Tang, Du Huo Ji Sheng Tang
Moistens the intestines and unblocks the bowels (blood deficient constipation): Su Zi Jiang Qi Tang
Stops cough and treats dyspnea: Su Zi Jiang Qi Tang
