Sx: chronic cough with sparse sputum that is difficult to expectorate, SOB, spontaneous sweating, a dry mouth and tongue. T: pale red with a dry, thin coat. P: a deficient, rapid or deficient, thin pulse.

ren shen 1.5g (9-15g)

mai men dong 1.5g (9-12g)

wu wei zi 7 seeds (3-6g)
