Sx: fever, sweating, thirst, dysenteric diarrhea characterized by especially foul-smelling stools and a burning sensation around the anus, a sensation of irritability and heat in the chest and epigastrium, possible wheezing. T: red body with yellow coat. P: rapid pulse.
