Sx: long-standing cold hands and feet that are both cold to the touch and feel very cold to the patient. T: pale tongue with a white coat. P: submerged and thin, or so thin it is almost imperceptible.

bai shao yao 9g

gui zhi 9g

xi xin 6g

zhi gan cao 6g

da zao 25 pieces [today, this dosage is reduced to 4-5 pieces]
