Sx: excruciating epigastric and abdominal pain to the point that the patient cannot tolerate being touched, a strong sensation of cold in the epigastrium, vomiting to the point of being unable to eat. there may also be borborygmus. T: a white, slippery coat. P: thin and tight or slow and wiry (especially severe cases, hidden)

gan jiang 12g

ren shen 6g

yi tang 18-30g
