Location and Needling:

3 cun lateral to the lower border of the T4 spinous process. Lateral to BL-14 (PC Back-Shu point).
Oblique 0.3-0.5 cun

Contraindications and Cautions


Functions

Urinary Bladder,

Strengthens and regulates the LU, LU dryness, phlegm, rebellious Qi, opens the chest.
Strengthens the KD yin and yang, and yuan qi, warms the yang (chronic consumptive diseases, also benefits the SP)
Strengthens the HT and yang, calms shen, insomnia, mania.
Taoist immortality point.
