At the midpoint of the transverse crease of the popliteal fossa, between the tendons of biceps muscle of the thigh and semitendinosus muscle.

Urinary Bladder,
He-Sea point, Earth point on water meridian.

Gao Wu Command point for back (upper and lower).
Ma Dan Yang Heavenly Star point
Dispels wind, heat, damp and summer heat, clears and cools the blood
Dispels wind damp, benefits the knees and lumbar region.
