1-1/2 cun lateral to the inferior border of T-6 spinous process.
0.5-1 cun oblique toward the spine

Functions
Urinary Bladder,
Accessory point of governor vessel.
Unbinds the chest, rectifies Qi, promotes and regulates flow through the SJ, Diaphram, lactation, chest pain from blood stagnation. Dispersion point for the Du Mai vessel.
