Posterior to the angle of the mandible, in the depression on the anterior border of the sternocleidomastoid.
Toward the root of the tongue, anterior to the cartid vessels, 0.5-1 cun

Functions
Small Intestine,
Window of Heaven point.
Reunion with GB meridian.
Local point for neck and throat, clears heat and disperses swelling, also benefits the ears
Descends rebellious qi
Quickens the connecting vessels.
