Functions

Ren Mai,
Front-Mu of SI.

Intersection with KD, SP, LV. Chong Mai separates from Ren Mai here, Reunion with Chong Mai.

Tonifies Yuan Qi, KD, Jing and firms the body, supplements Qi, returns the Yang, warms and regulates the blood chamber and the Palace of Essence. Strengthens Chong Mai. Restores Collapse
Disperses cold damp in the genitals. Warms and fortifies the SP, Regulates the SI, Lower Jiao, and benefits Bladder.
Stabilizes body’s condition preceding death, roots the Hun (ethereal soul).
