In the depression appearing on the sole when the foot is in plantar flexion, one-third of the distance from the base of the toes to the heel, between the 2nd and 3rd metatarsals.

Kidney,
Jing-Well point, Wood point on water meridian. Son point, dispersion point.
Connection point from UB meridian (BL-67).
Floods the body with KD Yin, nourishes essence, roots the mind, body and Shen. Brings up yin and down Yang.
Revival, Opens orifices, refreshes the brain, pacifies Shen, rescues yang.
Excess conditions, hypertension, mania, heatstroke, Nourishes KD water to suppress LV Fire.
