Midway between C7 (DU-14) and the bony prominence above LI-16, at the highest point of the shoulder.

Contraindications and Cautions
Functions
Gall Bladder,
Intersection with SJ and ST. Reunion with Yang Wei Mai.
Directs energy downward, mania
Regulates Qi, activates the channel and alleviates pain, Frozen shoulder
Transforms and lowers phlegm and dissipates nodules
Induces labor and benefits lactation
Communicates with all five solid (Zang) organs.
